My husband and I appreciated being there. Booked a room with amazing views of the mountain. The hotel's location was marvellous, not far from supermarket and various shops. Furthermore, near the Remarkables ski area. Was an ideal base for weekend.
The breakfast we ordered was cold, it could definitely be improved.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The reception staff at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park were so helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with check-in to providing warm and friendly service throughout our stay. The location was also great, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and shops. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. our experience was fantastic and we are grateful for the exceptional customer service.
There was nothing I didn't like. 😊

Appreciated this hotel, had 1 excellent day here. My venue room was modernwith a very comfy bed, comfortable bedding and great extras. I had an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. The staff was super-friendly and amiable and great to deal with. The location of the hotel was favourable - not too far away from Frankton Trail.

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay by one night. New-fashioned neat rooms with a very comfy bed and great extras, as for instance, accommodating staff. Good and magnificent location right next to the airport, easy to get anywhere. Also - really close to Frankton, restaurant, and the Frankton shopping area.

thank you for a really comfortable stay. the place is very fancy and modern and has favourable location near the remarkables ski area. the hotel's staff are supper friendly. the rooms are new-fashioned with a great view, so that guests have essentials. the food is good and the breakfast was nice hot. the venue provided an amazing customer service during our weekend.
